Tap the Safe

Reset local progress

Inside the app, open Settings → Reset Progress. This clears local gameplay progress and settings from that device.

Delete online game data

  1. Email support@tapthesafe.app.
  2. Use the subject Delete Tap the Safe Data.
  3. Include your generated vault alias and anonymous player ID from Settings, if available.
  4. We will confirm receipt and may request information needed to locate the anonymous account.
Important

Deleting game data does not erase Apple's transaction record. An eligible Premium purchase may remain restorable through the App Store. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
